A:The water tank and filter bag should be cleaned at least once a week, depending on the level of dirt in the robot’s working environment.

A:The roller brush effectively collects the debris and automatically sucks it into the vacuum box inside the robot. The 386mm wide suction sponge roller is made of a special polymer absorbent material that does not damage the floor, meeting the floor cleaning requirements of various industries.

 

Q4:What is the cleaning robot's moving speed and charging time? How many square meters can the robot clean in a day?

A:The cleaning robot can be set with a customizable cleaning speed ranging from a minimum of 0.1 m/s to a maximum of 0.5 m/s. It has a maximum daily cleaning coverage of 11,700 square meters.

 

Q1:How long do I expect to receive the samples? 

A:The samples will be ready for delivery within 1-3 days after you pay for the samples and sends us the confirmed documents. Samples will be sent to you by courier and arrive at within 3-5 days.

 

Q2:What is the lead time for mass production?

A: Honestly, it depends on the quantity of the order and the season you place it. Usually 25-28 days depending on the general order.

 

Q3: Can you do OEM and ODM? 

A: Yes, OEM and ODM are both acceptable. Material, color and style can be customized by and we will suggest the basic quantity after discussion.
